What is PAF?

PAF - stands for PERFLUOROHEXANONE - AEROSPACE - FLUID

Its chemical name is perfluoro-2-methyl-3-pentanone, and its molecular formula is C6F12O. It exists as a liquid at room temperature, is colorless, odorless, and highly volatile. It is a clean agent fire suppressant that can serve as a long-term replacement for Halon, Novec-1230, and Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs).
